2025 - LSWGH Board Member Interest Form 

Are you ready to join the LSWGH board? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our board! If you're interested, take a moment to fill out our interest form so we can get to know you better. Even if you're unsure, we encourage you to complete the form so we can connect and answer any questions or concerns you may have. We look forward to meeting you! ***Please Note*** BSW and MSW students are welcomed to join the board. You do not need to be licensed. 

We are looking to fill the following positions: 

-- Board Secretary 

-- Director of Communications

-- Director of Outreach

If I decide to join LSWGH, I understand that I am committing to:

* A minimum of 10 - 16 hours a month or more depending on the needs of the organization

* A 2 year term as a board member 

* Monthly board meetings lasting 1.5 to 3 hours

* Maintaining communication with board members

* Upholding the mission, vision, and values of LSWGH
